Ethical code and organizational structure
the Code of Ethics contains the ethical principles and values underlying the conduct and behavior of those who work in the interests of INDUSTRIA CHMICA REGGIANA ICR S.p.A.
Recommends and promotes a high standard of professionalism and forbids the conduct in conflict with the law and with the values that distinguishes us since always.
The Code of Ethics is an integral part of the Organizational and Management structure adopted by INDUSTRIA CHMICA REGGIANA ICR S.p.A. pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which introduces the type of administrative liability of companies for criminal offenses against the public administration and corporate crimes.
