ICR, Industria Chimica Reggiana, was established in 1961 in Reggio Emilia, right in the heart of the Emilia Romagna region in the middle of the Po river plain and the most important road and rail communication network of northern Italy. And Reggio Emilia is still the seat of the administration offices and main production plant which covers a built-up area of over 12,000 square meters. A second production plant is situated in Cavriago, 10 km away. ICR began work in 1961 as manufacturer of stoppers for autobodies and cement for marble.
